Misaki Sasanami

Misaki joined CHICAS as a Research Associate in August 2022 with her previous background in infectious disease epidemiology and nursing. She is currently working on spatial-temporal analysis of childhood diseases in Uganda and trachoma mapping for multiple African countries.

She obtained an MSc in Control of Infectious Diseases from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a BSc in Nursing from Hokkaido University.
